The sink and stove top were in the middle of the kitchen and the water drained into a bucket! The stove top was also in the middle of the kitchen (there was no oven!) The cabinets were in poor shape and the ceiling was not finished. Take a look below for the result after we renovated!
The sink was moved to the corner by the windows and we moved the gas line to the wall in order to hook up a range with an oven! We also added recess lights and laundry hook ups in the corner of the kitchen.
This bathroom was in rough shape! The vanity countertop was cracking and falling apart, the shower door wasn't functioning correctly, and the tub wasn't sealed so there was water leaking out. Overall this bathroom needed some freshening up!
We demoed a few walls to expand this bathroom just a bit! We added a door to make this a jack-and-jill bathroom. We put in a new tub and tiled the shower and added in new lighting! We added a beautiful vanity and new flooring.
This dining room was directly off of the kitchen. We tore out the carpet and light fixtures to repurpose this room to a whole new function!
This dining room turned into a bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom! We closed the walkway to the kitchen, added a full bath, added a new light fixture, painted, added new flooring, and more! What a beautiful new room!
